Q:   How do I book direct? 
A:    You book direct in 3 easy steps. 1) Send your dates thru the provided email link, 2) await your email confirmation, and 3) make your payment thru Paypal or Venmo.

Q:   What's the advantage? 
A:    You don't pay fees charged by hosting websites so you get lower prices. 

Q:   What are the rates? 
A:    Normal rates are $85/ week night or $95/night on Friday, Saturday and holidays. In addition, there is a $49 cleaning fee plus 13% for fees and taxes. If you need clarification, just ask in your email. Discounts available (see below).

Q: How do you pay with Paypal or Venmo ? 
A: You will receive a link in your email and you can pay thru your account or with a credit card.

Q:  When is my reservation confirmed? 
A:   When your payment is received. When you request a stay, it is reserved for 48 hours in order for you to make your payment. If for some reason, you do not reserve your stay with your payment during that time, the dates are reopened. 

Q: Are there discounts? 
A: Yes! You can receive a 7% discount off the nightly rate if you qualify in the following categories:
- Full-time first responder (police, fire, paramedic)
- Active duty military
- Discounts of 7% for seven to fourteen nights, 10% for fifteen to thirty nights, or 15% for more than thirty nights.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation? 
A: If you cancel or change your reservation, you will receive your refund minus 15% unless you cancel or change your reservation within 15 days of your stay, then you will receive your refund minus 50%.
